Order Processing
Once your order is placed, our fulfillment team begins preparing it with care. Processing typically takes up to 3 business days.
Tracking Your Order
You’ll receive a tracking link via email the moment your order is on the move, so you can follow its travels until it reaches you.
Shipping Timelines
After processing, your order will be delivered within 7–10 business days, depending on your location. Each piece is packed with precision to ensure a smooth journey from our door to yours.
International Shipping
We proudly ship worldwide. For international orders, delivery may take up to 15 business days. Customs clearance times may vary and can affect overall delivery time.
**Please note that in some cases, delivery may take up to 5 additional business days beyond the normal estimated timeframe due to unforeseen circumstances with shipping carriers (such as high-volume periods, customs processing, or logistical delays). In these situations, the order is still considered within normal delivery status.
Shipping Address Responsibility
Kindly double-check your shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for orders lost due to incomplete or incorrect details. If an incorrect address is provided, we unfortunately cannot offer refunds or reshipments.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us. In the rare case of a carrier-related loss, we’ll gladly offer a refund or reshipment. However, we cannot provide a refund or replacement if the loss was due to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
